About Shell Card
Shell Card is a fuel card for businesses (ABN holders) that functions like a credit card, making it easy to pay for and track fuel purchases. Each card is linked to a business account; the cost is charged to the account and the amount owing is debited from the customer's nominated bank account or credit card. All purchases are recorded and itemised on a single tax statement, providing convenience and a discount on retailer pump prices. Shell Card is accepted at over 1,700 locations Australia‐wide, including Shell‐branded, dealer‐owned, and selected Liberty, Westside, and On the Road sites.
Target Customers
Mid‐Market Portfolio – businesses consuming less than 2 MLPA, with annual fuel spend between AUD $150,000 and $2,000,000. Estimated fuel volume ranges from 100,000 L to 1,500,000 L, representing one million customers and AUD 3.8 BLPA.

What We're Looking For
* Proven new business development skills – ability to prospect and secure new fuel card customers in the trucking or fleet management industry
* Experience in B2B sales or key account roles within transport or fleet‐related industries (minimum 5 years preferred)
* Strong hunting instincts, self‐starting attitude and the flexibility to travel within the territory
* Knowledge of fuel sales or distributor experience is advantageous
Sales Agent Requirements & Responsibilities
* Hold an active ABN
* Maintain valid Public Liability Insurance (minimum $10 million cover)
* Sign the Independent Sales Agent Agreement provided by Viva Energy
* Submit a monthly tax invoice for commissions payable
* Supply your own business tools and equipment (laptop, phone, office set‐up, vehicle)
* Cover all business‐related expenses, including insurance, superannuation, taxes, and GST
