Are you ambitious, dynamic and looking for somewhere to further your HR career?An opportunity has become available to join our small but highly driven People & Culture team. We are looking for someone who has a keen eye for detail, loves problem solving and has a true passion for all things people. You will team with two Business Partners to help us execute our People Plan and be the true support to our team. This is a **part-time, 12-month contractual role with a flexible work location.**

At Grays, the People & Culture team has the ability to impact. We move quickly, make decisions and get things done. This is all enabled by the Grays Executive team, where HR genuinely has a seat at the table. With a great mix of blue-collar and white-collar employees, our culture is laid back but high energy. We're looking for someone who is serious about their work but doesn't take themselves too seriously.

**Your key focus areas will include**:
Managing our Employment Hero (HRIS) platform
Manage compliance acknowledgment and e-learning (Go1) completion
Coordinate and manager Onboarding & Offboarding processes
Provide various employee reporting
Support the delivery of HR projects and programs
Coordinate processes, documents and records for employee movements and changes
Recruitment Administration from end to end
Provide administrative and co-ordination support to the HR Business Partners

**You will be able to demonstrate**:
Strong experience in an Administration or Co-ordination role
Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources or equivalent experience
Excellent interpersonal, organisational skills & attention to detail
Advanced proficiencies in Microsoft Suite with a large focus on Excel
Experience operating HRIS preferred with Key Pay
Experience in award interpretation across several different industries
