About the role
We are looking for an experienced Store Manager to join the team at our All About Eve store - Sunshine Plaza. As the Store Manager, you will be responsible for the overall operations and performance of the store, ensuring exceptional customer service and driving sales growth. This is a full-time position based at our store in Maroochydore.
What you'll be doing
* Lead and inspire a high-performing team of store associates
* Develop and implement strategies to achieve sales targets and improve store profitability
* Oversee all day-to-day store operations, including inventory management, merchandising, and cash handling
* Provide exceptional customer service and create a positive shopping experience for our customers
* Ensure the store maintains high standards of cleanliness, organisation, and visual merchandising
* Collaborate with the regional management team to identify and implement process improvements
* Cultivate a positive and engaged store culture that aligns with the company's values
What we're looking for
* Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a retail management role, preferably within the fashion industry
* Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-centric approach
* Demonstrated experience in driving sales and profitability, with a data-driven and analytical mindset
* Proficient in inventory management, merchandising, and cash handling
* Passion for the retail industry and a deep understanding of current market trends and customer preferences
* Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, to meet the needs of the business
