We are seeking an experienced and passionate professional to join our team as a Job Coach.
About the Role
The Job Coach will be responsible for shaping the future of people with disabilities by helping them find sustainable employment. This role involves interacting with individuals across all stages of the employment placement journey, working closely with the team to deliver excellent employment outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
* Design and execute tailored employment pathway plans for job seekers.
* Support job seekers to develop their skills and confidence to re-enter the workforce.
* Adhere to government contractual requirements within a quality and compliance framework.
* Provide post-placement support to job seekers and employers.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.
* Work with employers to manage vacancies and support the employment process.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* Experience in the employment services industry.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Able to work independently and as part of a team.
* Ability to adapt to changing circumstances.
* Basic computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
* Valid police check and Working With Children's check.
