**Nurse Manager Position Summary**
This is a unique opportunity to take on a key role in hospital operations, patient flow and clinical care. As a Nurse Manager, you will be responsible for managing resources and activities across the hospital and health service.
The ideal candidate will have a relevant tertiary degree qualification and appropriate registration/licences as a Registered Nurse. A post graduate qualification or current enrollment in a post graduate program in a relevant area of study is highly desirable.
In this role, you will work closely with other healthcare professionals to deliver high-quality patient care and contribute to the success of the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage patient access and flow to ensure efficient and effective delivery of care.
* Lead and develop staff to provide high-quality patient care and support their professional development.
* Develop and implement policies and procedures to improve patient outcomes and safety.
* Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination of care.

Requirements:
* Mandatory requirements include a relevant tertiary degree qualification and appropriate registration/licences as a Registered Nurse.
* A post graduate qualification or current enrollment in a post graduate program in a relevant area of study is highly desirable.
* C Class Motor Vehicle Licence is also required.
