Job Overview
This position is responsible for ensuring the quality of our produce, from audit and monitoring to sample testing and reporting.
Our ideal candidate will have a strong background in quality assurance, with experience in auditing, sampling, and data analysis. They will also be able to effectively communicate results to stakeholders and maintain accurate records.

Key Responsibilities
* Audit and monitor quality procedures within packing facilities to ensure compliance with required quality standards.
* Take samples and complete routine testing of produce for quality, size, and damage.
* Ensure that required standards of hygiene are observed within packing facilities, including storage and transfer to transport.
* Conduct random sampling of products throughout the washing and packing process to identify quality issues and potential sources of damage.

Requirements
* Diploma level qualification in Quality Assurance or related field, OR at least 3 years of relevant work experience.
* Minimum of 2 years relevant work experience.
* Experience in a horticultural operation (desirable).
* Experience in the assessment of produce products (desirable).
* Unrestricted Class C Drivers Licence.

Working Conditions
Weekend and night work may be required in line with production demands.
8 hour shift.
