* Land Subdivisions
* Local Government Infrastructure & Urban Master Planning
* Aged Care, Childcare, Education and Retirement Living.
* Construction surveillance and reporting for certification
Requirements for Success
* Bachelor's degree in civil engineering (Engineers Australia-recognised)
* 3+ years related postgraduate experience incorporating civil design, contract administration and project management
* Local experience in SEQ, with clients ideally including government authorities and asset managers
* Strong technical design skills and proficiency with relevant software
* Proven ability to work at pace, both independently and collaboratively
* Well-developed written and verbal communication skills
* RPEQ, NER, or CPEng accreditation (or working towards it)

* Recent experience applying Australian design standards on projects delivered in South East Queensland (detail which local authorities and asset owners you have been exposed to)
* 4-year degree qualification recognised by Engineers Australia (and RPEQ/NER/CPEng registration if applicable)
* Valid Australian Work Rights
* Valid Driver's Licence
