This role is ideal for candidates with extensive knowledge of stone floor restoration techniques, including grinding, honing, polishing, and sealing.
Successful applicants will play a key role in restoring the natural beauty of stone surfaces, maintaining the highest standards of craftsmanship and attention to detail.
Responsibilities:
- Perform various restoration techniques, including grinding, honing, polishing, and sealing.
- Repair cracks, chips, and other imperfections in stone surfaces.
- Utilize state-of-the-art equipment and techniques to achieve superior results.
- Ensure a clean and organized work environment during and after restoration projects.
- Weekend work and after hours may be necessary for the commercial sector.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in stone floor restoration or a related field.
- Expertise in working with a variety of stone types, including marble, granite, limestone, terrazzo, and concrete.
- Strong knowledge of different restoration techniques and treatments.
- Excellent attention to detail and craftsmanship.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Exceptional communication and customer service skills.
- Must have a White Card.
- Additional certifications needed but not necessary are EWP and Working at Heights.
- Must hold a current Western Australian Driver's License.
