The successful applicant will need to have experience in administration and accounts payable with the following skills:
- Strong computer skills and ability to learn accounting systems Attache
- Excellent interpersonal - Ability to communicate at all levels
- Initiative and ability to work with mínimal supervision
Major Responsibilities / Duties
- Processing all accounts payable in the Attache
- Ensure AP invoices are processed accurately, on time and according to company procedure
- Reconcile monthly Supplier statements and related transactions
- Data entry and daily banking
- Attend to Accounts Payable queries promptly and professionally

**Salary**: $48,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
