About the Firm Our client is a well regarded plaintiff practice with a long history of advocating for injured individuals. The team acts across workplace injuries, transport accidents, public liability issues, medical related claims and serious injury matters. They are trusted for their technical capability, detailed preparation and genuine advocacy. The firm offers strong supervision, opportunities to develop advocacy skills and access to varied, interesting claims that stretch both legal and interpersonal ability. What You’ll Be Doing You will take ownership of a diverse plaintiff caseload and contribute meaningfully to both litigated and early resolution work. • Running a mix of complex WorkCover, TAC and public liability matters • Preparing detailed advice, statements, evidence and court documents • Working with barristers on strategy and case development • Representing clients at conferences, mediations and negotiations • Contributing to serious injury applications or larger litigated matters • Supporting junior staff or contributing to internal knowledge sessions What You’ll Bring • 3–5 years PAE in plaintiff compensation law • Strong drafting, negotiation and advocacy skills • Confidence with complex procedural steps and evidence • A driven, compassionate mindset with client care at the centre What’s On Offer • Salary of approximately $115,000 to $145,000 depending on level • High quality and varied plaintiff work • Hands on access to senior lawyers and structured training • Friendly team culture with hybrid work flexibility • Clear opportunities to broaden your skills and step into more senior work Interested in this position?
