We are seeking a Medical Representative for the Perth South territory to achieve sales objectives, increase market share, and support organizational goals within the Cardio-Metabolic Franchise.You will primarily engage with General Practitioners and, in regional areas, with Specialists managing patients in this therapy area. Reporting to a motivated Sales Leader, you will have opportunities for growth and development within the team.About the RoleAchieve Franchise and Brand goals, including financial and market share targets, aligned with regional and national objectives.Utilize the 6IB selling model to deliver high-quality sales interactions and meaningful customer coverage.Engage with primary care HCPs involved in Heart Failure management to drive sales and strategic outcomes.Stay informed on standards of care, scientific literature, and competitive products in the Cardio-Metabolic field.Collaborate cross-functionally to leverage insights and contribute to planning at the state and regional levels.Demonstrate strategic thinking and initiative beyond routine sales activities.Maintain high standards of compliance and adhere to Medicines Australia’s Code of Conduct.Qualifications and SkillsTertiary qualification in a related field or paramedical background.Enthusiastic candidate, whether a newcomer or experienced in pharmaceutical sales.Strong collaboration and engagement skills with healthcare partners and internal teams.Adaptable and agile in a dynamic environment.Strategic mindset, emotional intelligence, and a positive attitude are essential.Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team.Why NovartisAt Novartis, we believe that helping people extends beyond science.
