**As the Sales Director for MICE and Corporate Events**, you'll be a key driver of business growth, showcasing the hotels' capabilities to potential clients. Your responsibilities include identifying fresh opportunities, nurturing relationships, and ensuring the seamless execution of events. By harnessing your strategic insights, industry acumen, and leadership skills, you'll propel our events to unprecedented levels of success.
**Responsibilities**:
Devise and execute a comprehensive sales strategy targeted at MICE and corporate clientele.
Collaborate within a high-achieving sales team environment.
Identify and cultivate new business prospects through networking, prospecting, and relationship-building.
Engage with clients to understand their event objectives, tailoring solutions that surpass expectations.
Elevate revenue by skillfully negotiating contracts and finalising agreements with corporate clients.
Stay ahead of the curve by keeping abreast of industry trends and competitive dynamics.
