Enterprise Data Engineer
We are seeking a seasoned Enterprise Data Engineer to lead the design and delivery of our cloud-based data platforms. As a key member of our technology team, you will be responsible for architecting scalable, secure, and reliable data solutions that drive business outcomes.

About the Role:
* Lead the design and delivery of enterprise-wide data platforms and pipelines
* Architect scalable, cloud-native data platform solutions using modern technologies
* Mentor and uplift engineering teams, providing thought leadership and hands-on coaching
* Collaborate with architecture, security, and platform leaders to influence enterprise-wide cloud and data strategy
Requirements:
* 10+ years in data engineering, with experience leading complex, enterprise-scale initiatives
* Strong expertise in cloud data platforms (Snowflake, AWS, Azure Data Services, Databricks)
* Skilled in building data pipelines using frameworks such as DBT, Airflow, Kafka, and Spark
* Automation-first mindset: Infrastructure as Code using Python, Terraform, CloudFormation, etc.

Duties / Key Responsibilities:
* Drive engineering excellence through CI/CD, automated testing, observability, and DevSecOps best practices
* Ensure platform interoperability, enabling seamless data flow and collaboration across teams
* Partner with governance teams to embed metadata management, lineage tracking, and access controls
* Champion reusable design patterns and modern engineering principles in data product delivery
