Offer description

About Fertilis:

Fertilis was founded by IVF change-agents Prof. Jeremy Thompson and Prof. David Gardner, two of the world's most respected embryologists, with one bold mission: to reimagine IVF in ways that will truly change the field. Our first product, microICSI, is gathering global attention and set to transform the precision and reliability of micro-manipulation - and it is only the beginning.

We are seeking a Clinical Product Specialist who shares our passion for both science and impact. This role sits at the intersection of embryology, product innovation, and strategy.

Ideally based in Adelaide (our HQ), we are also open to candidates in other locations across Australia, with flexibility for the right person.

Position Overview:

This role is designed for an embryologist who is ready to step beyond the day-to-day routine of the lab and help shape the future of IVF technology. You'll be a clinical voice in the room where product decisions are made, with the opportunity to leave your mark on technologies that will touch patients around the world.

You'll use your 10+ years of embryology and 5+ years of micro-manipulation expertise to:

* Champion Fertilis' breakthrough technologies to embryologists, clinicians, and decision-makers worldwide.
* Provide hands-on training and clinical demonstrations, ensuring every lab can confidently integrate new techniques.
* Feed real-world insights into our product pipeline, helping shape and test the next generation of IVF innovations.
* Ensure regulatory and clinical integrity in everything you do, keeping us ahead of global expectations.
* Build deep, trusted relationships with the community, not just delivering tools, but driving change.

Additional Role Requirements:

* 10 years' hands-on embryology experience, ideally with recognised expertise in ICSI, biopsy, or other micro-manipulation techniques.
* Credibility within the IVF community, with the ability to engage confidently with peers, KOLs, and decision-makers.
* Ability to translate complex science and product strengths into language that resonates with embryologists, clinicians, and partners.
* Willingness to travel globally (conferences, customer sites, training workshops).
* Above all, a hunger to grow, stepping outside your comfort zone to help shape a new generation of IVF technologies.

What We Offer:

* The opportunity to be part of a company at the forefront of fertility technology, contributing to life-changing advancements in the field.
* A supportive and innovative work environment with room for growth and professional development.
* Competitive compensation and benefits package.
* A chance to work on cutting-edge projects that make a real difference in people's lives.

How to Apply:

If you're ready to join the most exciting change in IVF in 35 years - and work alongside the very people who pioneered many of today's standards - then we'd love to talk.
