BBO is responsible for the fulfilment, settlement, and servicing of Commercial Lending products for the Group. The team supports our Business & Private Banking and Institutional Banking colleagues in delivering exceptional service to a wide range of customers, including small businesses, franchises, and large-scale corporate clients.About The RoleYou will be responsible for post-settlement tasks related to commercial loans, including registration of security documents, management of paper security packets, and other post-settlement duties. This is an operations team that requires high attention to detail to process a high volume of aftercare requests.You will also support and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders regarding inquiries related to our Commercial business customers, meet operational objectives and deadlines, and maintain strong customer communication to ensure high-quality, timely service.On any given day you will:Provide superior internal and external customer service by responding to and managing inquiries, complaints, and issues.Identify opportunities to improve team or work area processes.Undertake investigations regarding customer requests or transactional issues.Contribute to and complete reconciliations.Perform general administrative duties as required.Practice prudent risk management by identifying and responding to business risks.We’re interested in hearing from people who have:Some experience in commercial, business banking, or retail operations lending processes, a strong desire to learn, a continuous improvement mindset, and experience working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.You may also have:Knowledge of home lending or commercial lending processes.Strong customer service skills and ability to build stakeholder relationships.High attention to detail and accuracy.A strong work ethic and team-oriented outlook.From here, the opportunities are endlessAt CommBank, we’re committed to building a diverse and inclusive workforce.
