National Account Executive - Pharmacy
This role presents a unique opportunity to join our high-performing Commercial team as a National Account Executive, supporting the Pharmacy account.
The ideal candidate will be an ambitious team player with strong organisational skills, able to build great relationships easily. They will have experience as an Account/Sales Coordinator within the FMCG industry, preferably in Pharmacy.
* Support the National Account in developing and executing customer and sales strategies to grow the grocery portfolio function for the Pharmacy team.
* Serve as the gatekeeper for promotional/forecasting and trade spend activities.
* Be the go-to expert for customers, providing exceptional service and support.
* Collaborate with internal and external teams, including Marketing, Demand Planning, and Finance.
* Analyse commercial results, questioning and analysing numbers to drive business growth.
To succeed in this role, you will require:
* A natural ability to adapt to changing demands and stakeholders' needs.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on creating exceptional customer service.
* Strong analytical thinking and proficiency in Excel, with exposure to Promax and SAP desirable.
* Qualifications in Business or Commerce will be highly regarded.
