Job Overview
We are seeking a Workforce Manager to join our high-volume construction project in Perth. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a landmark urea plant project in Western Australia, one of the largest in the world.
The successful candidate will be responsible for end-to-end workforce management, including recruitment, talent pipeline development, and site-readiness assessments.
Key Responsibilities:
* Forecast and prioritize manpower requirements across multiple construction sites.
* Manage job postings, candidate pipelines, interviews, offers, and onboarding processes using SAP SuccessFactors.
* Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates through job fairs, labor agencies, trade schools, and community outreach.
* Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and assess candidates' technical skills and site-readiness.
* Ensure timely mobilization and demobilization of workforce resources in coordination with project needs.
Requirements:
* Technical Skills: Proficiency in SAP SuccessFactors, excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Qualifications: Relevant experience in workforce management or recruitment, preferably in the construction industry.
* Personal Qualities: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and commitment to delivering sustained benefits to the local community.
