The Role We are seeking an experienced SAP Service Management (SM) Project Manager to join a large-scale SAP S/4HANA transformation program focused on modernising enterprise ERP, asset and service management platforms. Location: North Sydney – Hybrid (3 days in office, 2 days WFH) Duration: 12 month initial contract with strong likelihood of extension Day Rate: $1200 - $1400 including super This role plays a key part in leading the delivery of the SAP S/4HANA Service Management workstream within a major enterprise transformation program. You will work closely with business leaders, functional consultants and program stakeholders to ensure service management processes are designed, built and deployed successfully across a complex SAP landscape. A key focus of the role will be navigating the differing requirements, maturity levels and process complexities across multiple business units while driving alignment toward a unified, enterprise-wide Case Management platform. This includes balancing unique operational needs with the program’s objective of standardisation, ensuring the final solution is scalable, coherent and capable of supporting consistent case lifecycle management across the organisation. Responsibilities Lead the end-to-end delivery of the SAP S/4HANA Service Management (SM) workstream across all phases of the program Develop and manage detailed workstream plans, schedules, RAID logs and delivery reporting Coordinate functional consultants, technical teams and integration resources to ensure timely delivery Facilitate workshops with business stakeholders to capture requirements and define service management processes Oversee solution design documentation including process flows, functional specifications and integration design Ensure alignment between Service Management and related SAP modules such as PM, MM, SD and FI/CO Lead testing cycles including SIT, UAT and defect triage to support successful program delivery Experience 7 years’ experience delivering SAP Service Management or related modules within large SAP implementations Strong project management experience leading complex transformation or technology programs Deep understanding of S/4HANA Service Management processes including service orders, contracts and service billing Experience managing integrations across SAP modules and enterprise platforms Experience working within structured transformation programs and governance frameworks Strong stakeholder engagement across business, technology and program leadership environments Please apply ASAP to secure an interview slot for this week!
