A typical day in the role may look like:
- Helping customers achieve life goals
- Administration and reporting
- Aiding in the cooking of morning and evening meals
- Dispensing medication
- Providing support with personal care tasks
- Live locally and enjoy an organised work environment
- Be proficient with technology and reporting
- Be qualified in Cert 3 Individual Support/Disability - ESSENTIAL
- 2+ years' experience in disability or aged care is highly desired
- A genuine desire to witness individuals achieving their goals
- A sincere passion for cooking and sharing the kitchen
- Willingness to assist with personal care, including showering and toileting
- Strong computer and administrative skills
- Hold a valid driver's licence and be willing to use your private vehicle (with rebates available)

- Base pay rate of $32.41 per hour, plus 15% loading for afternoon/night shifts increasing the hourly rate to $37.27
