Coastwide Concrete is a locally owned and operated company supplying ready-mix concrete to the building and construction industry across the Central Coast region.
We currently have an opportunity for a suitable person to join the team as a Batcher/Allocator based out of our Gosford and Warnervale sites.
As a Batcher/Allocator you are responsible for ensuring that customer expectations are met with service and product quality.
Duties and Responsibilities:
* Ensure the efficient batching and loading of concrete, using specific concrete batching software.
* Optimising the utilisation of the Coastwide Concrete fleet through effective planning.
* Engage with customers and respond to enquiries in a timely manner.
* Manage stock levels to meet the demands of customer requirements.
* Relevant concrete industry experience will be highly regarded however full training will be provided.

Essential Requirements:
* Basic administration, document and records management skills and intermediate numeracy skills.
* Be able to, or willing to learn to operate the Front End Loader.
* Professional, adaptable, resilient, positive and solutions-focused.
* Current unrestricted drivers license with suitable driving record and own transport (HR drivers licence preferred but no required)
* Pre-employment medical.
Desirable:
* Experience in concrete batching or concrete pumping. Previous allocations based roles highly regarded.
* Experience in Construction/Logistics/Transport operations.
* Construction Industry White Card
* Licenses/tickets in forklift, loader operations and/or other plant equipment
* Qualifications or trade experience in concreting or concrete technology.

Hourly rate & conditions rate based on experience.
