Role Overview
As an Intermediate or Senior Accountant at Kelly+Partners Penrith, you will play a key role in delivering high‐quality accounting and tax services. The team provides strong support and ongoing training, allowing you to build confidence, capability, and autonomy at a steady pace.
Key Responsibilities
* Collaborate with Partners and team members to ensure client work is completed in a timely manner
* Take lead in the preparation of Financial Statements and Income Tax Returns for individuals, companies, trusts, partnerships and SMSFs
* Prepare and review of BAS, IAS, FBT, CGT and PAYG for a variety of companies and trusts
* Prepare and deliver annual workers compensation and payroll tax reconciliations
* Be coached directly by an experienced Partner with an aim to manage a diverse portfolio of clients
* Liaise with various statutory authorities on behalf of clients
* Help provide an exceptional service to our clients
* Participate in training seminars, team meetings and social events
* Offer support and training to junior team members
What You Bring

* Minimum 2+ years' full‐time experience in a Chartered Accounting or professional services environment
* CA qualified or currently undertaking CA studies
* Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting or a related field
* Familiarity with MYOB AE, APS, HowNow, Active Ledger, Xero, QuickBooks, or similar systems (or the ability to learn quickly)
* Strong communication, organisational, and time‐management skills
* A client‐first mindset and commitment to delivering quality outcomes
* Ability to work independently, exercise sound judgement, and take initiative
* A genuine desire to grow and contribute within a high‐performing team
