Key Responsibilities

* Conducting Meaningful Assessments: You will conduct thorough assessments to understand the unique needs of each individual, identifying opportunities for growth and development.

* Designing Impactful Therapy Plans: Using your expertise, you will create personalized therapy plans that address the individual's specific needs, promoting positive outcomes and enhancing their quality of life.

* Building Enduring Relationships: You will foster strong relationships with participants and their families, providing emotional support and guidance throughout their journey.

* Celebrating Milestones: You will have the opportunity to celebrate significant milestones with participants and their families, acknowledging their progress and achievements.

Requirements
">
">
* Background and Experience: A background in Psychology or Social Work is highly desirable, as well as relevant experience in Behaviour Support.
">
* Valid Driver's License and Vehicle: A valid driver's license and personal vehicle are required for this role.
">
* NDIS Checks and Qualifications: You will need to hold an NDIS check, Working with Children Check, and Police Check (or be willing to obtain them).
">
* Years of Experience: At least 3 years' experience in Behaviour Support is essential for this position.
