Job Description:
Freyssinet Australia is a leading provider of specialist civil engineering services, delivering complex projects safely and effectively. As a Project Engineer - Infrastructure Upgrade Specialist, you will be responsible for managing multiple concurrent projects within our remedial division, covering a mix of structural repair, strengthening, waterproofing, coatings, and infrastructure restoration works.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead project planning and delivery, ensuring safety, quality, and time objectives are met
* Manage subcontractors and site teams effectively
* Provide technical input and practical solutions to challenges on site
* Coordinate with clients, consultants, and internal stakeholders
* Contribute to project reporting and financial tracking using Workbench (training provided)
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* 5–10 years' experience in construction or contracting
* Degree-qualified in Civil or Structural Engineering
* Proven experience on remedial, strengthening, or infrastructure upgrade projects
* Ability to manage site teams, interface with clients, and deliver project outcomes
* Solid understanding of construction methodology and safety standards
