We are unified by our purpose of helping people succeed, and as part of our team you join a personal connection that strengthens the relationship customers have with Xplor products.Job DescriptionAbout the opportunityWe're searching for a strategic executive leader to drive the next chapter of growth and global success for our flagship gym management SaaS platform used in over 30 countries.The General Manager is a Senior Vice President (SVP) level position.
You will be the architect and owner of the end-to-end performance of the product portfolio, including direct accountability for sales, marketing, revenue growth, onboarding, and customer success, while providing matrixed leadership across product, technology, and support functions.Reporting into our Chief Commercial Officer, you will own the P&L;, define the go-to-market roadmap, and scale presence across key markets including Australia and APAC.
This is a high-impact, strategic role that requires analytical rigor, commercial acumen, and the ability to influence cross-functional teams.
You'll lead with accountability, move with agility, and drive with vision.ResponsibilitiesFull commercial ownership of the business – from strategy to execution, sales to margin.Shape and drive global go-to-market strategy, influencing product positioning and pricing.Lead customer advocacy by owning the end-to-end journey, integrating feedback into strategy, and developing measurable approaches to customer satisfaction, NPS, and lifetime value.Align and energise cross-functional teams in a matrixed environment, balancing speed with scale to drive revenue and margin.Partner with Product and Engineering to influence product strategy and roadmap based on market feedback and customer insights, and ensure delivery is efficient and accuratePartner with Customer Support and Service to deliver customer satisfaction, meet SLA targets effectively and efficientlyBe a key driver of Xplor's overall strategy in the Fitness & Wellbeing vertical.LocationThis position is a remote work opportunity but the selected individual will need to be in the APAC region, preferably Australia or New Zealand, and have eligible work rights.

We are inspired by big-picture thinkers and doers who can be both tactical and strategic, aim high, and put people first in everything they do.Essential qualifications for this role:Significant experience in SaaS or technology companies, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role demonstrating successful P&L; management and revenue growthBackground in scaling SaaS businesses across multiple markets or product lines including the APAC regionExpert-level understanding of SaaS metrics, industry trends, and best practicesExperience working with teams that use agile methodologies and DevOps practicesProven track record of developing and executing go-to-market strategies in global marketsStrong commercial acumen with experience in customer success, product-led growth, and SaaS business modelsDemonstrated ability to lead and influence cross-functional teams in a matrix organizationAdditional InformationWhat does it mean to work for Xplor?
