About the role
We're seeking experienced, safety-focused Operators to join our team on tier 1 projects. You will operate various mobile plant including Excavators, Water Carts, Moxys, Skid Steers, IT Loaders, Graders, Rollers, and Dozers—ensuring safe, high-standard operation to support efficient project delivery.
About you
* Valid HR Driver's Licence
* Construction White Card
* Minimum 2+ years' experience in a similar role
* At least 2–3 mobile plant operator tickets (Excavator, Water Cart, Moxy, Skid Steer, etc.)
* HRWL (DG, CN, RB) – Highly regarded
* FMG, RTIO, or BHP site inductions – Desirable
* Strong knowledge of safe systems of work and site safety procedures
* Ability to conduct pre-starts, visual inspections, and daily equipment reports
* Proven ability to work both independently and in a team environment
* Ability to pass pre-employment medical and D&A screening
