About The Role
Eureka Villages is seeking a dedicated Village Manager to join our team in Eagleby on a full-time basis. This role oversees the day‐to‐day operations of a welcoming, community‐focused village, ensuring strong governance, quality services, and an exceptional lifestyle for residents.
Key Responsibilities Include
* Oversee daily village operations and administration to ensure smooth delivery of services and facilities
* Manage budgets, finances, and resources with a focus on compliance and cost‐effectiveness
* Lead and supervise staff, fostering a positive, high‐performing workplace culture
* Act as the key liaison between residents, local authorities, and external stakeholders
* Support resident engagement and community connection
About You
* Proven experience in a management or leadership role, ideally within residential, community, or facilities environments
* Strong financial management skills, including budgeting and forecasting
* Demonstrated experience leading teams and developing positive workplace cultures
* Excellent communication and problem‐solving skills
* Ability to satisfy pre‐employment checks, including a National Police History Check
