This is an exciting opportunity to join the Brand, Marketing and Communications Team as a Marketing Business Partner. Reporting to the Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for coordinating projects and providing marketing support to the organization and its service agencies.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in marketing and brand management, with experience in project coordination and stakeholder engagement. They will also possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with diverse stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
* Coordinate marketing projects to ensure key project outcomes are achieved and resources are utilised efficiently.
* Coordinate and contribute to the delivery of strategic and operational objectives.
* Provide marketing support to allocated service agency/ies at the discretion of the Marketing Manager.
* Support digital application and optimization elements of websites and social media platforms.
* Assist with the development, implementation, and monitoring of continuous improvement initiatives.
* Coordinate and contribute to the delivery and growth of fundraising campaigns.
* Establish and maintain positive stakeholder engagement (internal and external).
Requirements
* Undergraduate qualification in a relevant field or extensive relevant experience.
* Demonstrated experience in marketing and brand management.
* Relevant experience in project management and/or tools.
* Ability to plan, implement, and evaluate brand, marketing, and fundraising projects.
* Ability to build strong relationships with diverse stakeholders.
* Commitment to continuous improvement, innovation, and problem-solving skills.
* High-level computer skills, particularly fluent with Microsoft Office products and project management software.
* A creative person with demonstrated experience across a diverse range of media applications.
* Ability to think critically and develop innovative solutions to challenges.
* Planning, administrative, organizational, and reporting skills.
* Demonstrated capacity to operate successfully in a rapidly changing environment and manage complexity, drive change, and effectively manage projects.
