A large commercial airline is seeking an experienced Change Manager to support a major data warehouse migration program. This role will work across enterprise-wide teams to manage the people, process, and operational impacts of significant changes to data storage, access, and retention practices.
What You'll Be Doing
* Leading the end‑to‑end change strategy for a complex data migration program.
* Assessing business and operational impacts across corporate, frontline, and shift‑based teams.
* Developing clear, practical communications and training to support diverse, non‑desk‑based workers.
* Engaging stakeholders across technology, data governance, and business units.
* Coordinating readiness, adoption, and go‑live support for migration activities.
* Identifying change risks and dependencies and reporting progress to program leadership.
What We're Looking For
* Proven experience delivering change on large‑scale data, digital, or technology transformation projects.
* Strong understanding of data migration, data governance or data retention impacts.
* Ability to simplify complex technical concepts for everyday users.
* Experience supporting dispersed or operational workforces.
* Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
