Your Opportunity:

You will play a vital role in supporting older people to stay active, independent and connected to their communities.

Guided by our clinicians and through our Plena Care Pathway, you will help deliver reablement-focused programs that make a real difference in residents' lives.

Responsibilities:
">
You will be responsible for:
">
">
* Supporting mobility and functional programs;
">
* Assisting with restorative therapy;
">
* Facilitating falls prevention and active ageing group sessions;
">
* Assisting with pressure care and pain management plans;
">
* Collaborating with physiotherapists, occupational therapists and care staff to deliver resident-centred support.
">
">
Requirements:
">
To be successful in this role, you will need:
">
">
* A Certificate III or IV in Allied Health Assistance, or equivalent experience;
">
* Australian working rights;
">
* Willingness to obtain an NDIS Worker Screening and a National Police Check;
">
* A current driver's licence and willingness to travel within a dedicated region.
