Marketing Associate Director Role
The primary focus of this position is to support the mission of a leading global marketing agency, delivering exceptional service and results for top clients. This role plays a key part in driving business growth through effective campaign delivery and relationship building.
Responsibilities
* Manage direct reports to oversee their workload and develop their careers.
* Hold regular performance evaluation meetings with direct reports to set goals and create a clear career development plan.
* Own relationships with clients during implementation planning and buying processes.
* Develop and execute data-driven marketing campaigns across multiple businesses.
* Construct and present robust implementation plans aligned with strategic priorities.
* Utilize cutting-edge tools to demonstrate expertise in media planning principles.
* Responsible for seamless campaign delivery to achieve outstanding results.
* Engage with media partners to build understanding of the media landscape and challenge status quo solutions.
* Ensure all financial and compliance processes are followed accurately.
* Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, particularly in Social, Programmatic, and e-Commerce areas.
Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field.
* 4-8 years experience in Marketing and Media industry.
* Strong analytical skills and data-driven mindset.
* Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
* Possion for innovation and desire to challenge industry norms.
* Experience managing teams in fast-paced environment.
