What you'll be doing

The Environmental Services Administration Support Officer will work under limited direction to the Environmental Services Manager to perform a variety of secretarial, general administrative and clerical services. The position will be required to both take direction and work intuitively to support the completion of the department’s goals and objectives in a professional and culturally appropriate manner.

The position provides administration, workforce and project management support to the Environmental Services Manager. This position plays a pivotal role in ensuring the effective running of the Domestic Services Department.

About You

- We’re looking for someone who demonstrates excellent customer service skills, over the phone and in person, with customers and internal departments
- Demonstrates ability to perform a wide range of administrative tasks, monitoring and determining work priorities to enable adjustments to workflow as required
- Has well-developed organisational skills, including time management and the ability to exercise initiative in the application of established work practices and procedures
