The subject matter expert role offers a broad range of responsibilities on multiple systems covering the payment card platform. The role will focus on collaboration, as the applications are managed by Accenture. You will work close with peers among our preferred partner, based primarily in Copenhagen and Poland. The role offers varying tasks and room for professional growth within the responsibilities maintained by domain Omnichannel.
At BEC, we work in a hybrid remote model, coming into the office 3 days a week and working remotely up to 2 days. Your direct manager will be Dorthe Rosenville, Deputy head of development in Omnichannel.
Primary tasks and responsibilities include:
* System Ownership: Responsible for stable operations, maintenance, compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies, stakeholder communication, etc.
* PCI-DSS and Scheme compliance: Participate in audits, approve releases, follow-up on controls towards our partners, communication with external parties.
* Contract Management: Administrate and update contracts and project orders with vendors and partners, communicate internally around changes.
* Development project: Responsible for project initiation incl. estimates, prices, dependency management, delivery plan, etc. and for following up on agreed projects.
* Incident & Problem Management: Participate in major incidents and ensure customer handling, communications, outage registrations and RCAs.
* Change Projects: Facilitate projects related to upgrades, new features, and integrations delivered from platform teams in BEC to our Cards area.
* Vendor Management: Ensure quality and SLA compliance in cooperation with Accenture and other external partners.
* Ambassador: Bridge-builder between BEC organization, Accenture and our Customers.
To succeed you will have:
* Senior business knowledge of payment card infrastructure in DK and EU and related processes.
* Contract management competencies and experience in establishing vendor relations.
* Technical insight into IT systems and dependencies across Payment card infrastructure in DK.
* Experience with compliance and regulatory requirements (e.g., PCI‑DSS, PSD2, GDPR).
* Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate across the sector and BEC organization.
* Structure and love for details.
