We're on the hunt for a driven, people-focused professional to lead our proactive, phone-based client experience team.
Your mission is to keep performance high and ensure every client interaction is nothing short of exceptional. You'll be responsible for leading, coaching, and inspiring a motivated team, overseeing outbound calls, managing KPIs and time, auditing calls and processes, and helping your team grow through training and development.
Required Skills and Qualifications
* Previous experience in a leadership role, preferably in a client service or call centre environment.
* Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire, motivate, and mentor a team.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Proven ability to manage KPIs and drive team results.
* Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to change.
