The Client:
Leading Technology Solutions provider using the latest big data and machine learning technologies to solve complex cyber security challenges for their valued clients. Due to rapid growth, they are looking to expand into new capabilities to revolutionise their products and services.
The Role:
* A hands-on Team Lead of IT Support Analysts & System Engineers, supporting them in their day-to-day responsibilitie
* Overseeing technical delivery including identifying technical and delivery risk
* Perform network management systems and network virtualisation tasks
* Manage the team's resource and rostering functions
* Provide high-level technical support, including troubleshooting and resolving hardware and software issues.
* Produce reports to help capture operational and technical performance issues
* Attend IT operations meetings with the executive team
* Take ownership of escalated technical tickets and ensure timely resolution while adhering to service level agreements (SLAs).
* Consult with customers to ensure a seamless delivery and support experience
This is a Hybrid working environment : 3 days in office / 2 days WFH
Ideally, you will have:
* At least 5+ years of Senior IT Support experience, ideally leading/mentoring a team
* Background in system administration and system engineering
* Proven experience in Linux / Red Hat environments
* Excellent stakeholder management skills
* MUST be an Australian Citizen and eligible for an AGSVA Security Clearance
