We are seeking a reliable and organised Parts Dispatch / Store Person to join our high-performing team. This is a hands-on, fast-paced role focused on dispatch operations, store organisation, customer support, and general parts administration.
You’ll be part of a business that services and repairs light vehicles, trucks, trailers, and specialised equipment, with a Parts Department recognised as a vital part of the operation.

Employment Details
* Full-time role
* 45 hours per week
* Every third Saturday morning (5 hours)
Key Responsibilities
* Respond to customer enquiries regarding parts sales and service
* Receive, pick, pack, and dispatch parts accurately and efficiently
* Complete parts deliveries and collections as required
* Coordinate and organise daily parts runs
* Maintain clean, organised, and accurate parts storage locations
* Liaise with customers regarding stock availability, expected arrivals, and urgent requests
* Assist with parts interpreting when required
* Conduct rolling stocktakes and support stock control activities
* Process sales transactions accurately using internal systems
* Support the wider Parts Team with general warehouse and dispatch duties
* Occasionally work additional hours to meet customer requirements
Essential Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will have:
* Previous customer service experience
* Strong organisational, time management, and prioritisation skills
* A high commitment to workplace health and safety
* Good computer literacy and administration skills
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* The ability to work effectively within a team environment
* Current driver’s licence
* Current forklift licence
* Ability to pass:
o Police clearance
o Pre-employment medical
o Drug and alcohol screening
