Engineering Leadership Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced Engineering Manager to lead our team of engineers in delivering high-quality and high-performing products. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the team has the right resources, tools, and support to achieve their goals.
Key Responsibilities:
* Partner with product managers and engineers to transform product requirements into technical implementation plans, sizing, and final roadmap prioritization.
* Work with engineers to identify and scope technical opportunities to increase delivery velocity, site security, and operational excellence.
* Manage workload across the engineering team to achieve product goals in a timely fashion, catering to individual strengths.
* Contribute alongside the team, including code submissions and reviews.
* Mentor and develop engineers in the team, promoting company vision, culture, and values.
* Represent and advocate for engineer concerns within the organization.

Requirements:
* 5+ years of industry experience as an engineer, with a strong understanding of JavaScript frameworks and web frameworks.
* Good understanding of modern development practices, including Service-Oriented Architecture, Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment, unit/integration testing.
* Experience supporting always-on products and leading teams in agile environments.
* Ability to switch between management and development duties.
