* Liaise with employers to design and implement suitable workplace modifications and accommodations.
* Collaborate with healthcare professionals to coordinate treatment and rehabilitation efforts.
* Monitor and review clients' progress, adjusting plans as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes.
* Prepare detailed reports and maintain accurate records in compliance with relevant policies and regulations.

* Professional membership or eligibility for membership with ASORC.
* A genuine passion for helping others – recent graduates are welcome to apply.
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build rapport with clients and stakeholders.
* Excellent organisational and time management skills.
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
* Proficiency in using case management software and other relevant IT tools.
