The Ecommerce Optimisation Manager will be instrumental in driving trading performance and influencing decision making through practical data insights.
We are looking for someone who is able to measure, report, analyse, visualize and provide insights on all products on all digital channels. Taking that data and translating it into a clear and simple story to stakeholders is a key skill. This individual will be a passionate, proactive and experienced professional who would like to help us connect more customers with the products they love.
What you'll do:
- A mix of product and program management, where you'll lead the input and output of our experimentation process, improving ways of working on an ongoing basis;
- Analyse quantitative and qualitative data to gain deep understanding of how customers engage with Sky through eCommerce; using that knowledge, produce practical insights & recommendations for the wider digital product team.
- Create regular feedback mechanisms to ensure customer data is at the heart of our product design process, seeking to reduce the number of customer difficulties in our digital journeys.
- Play a key role in driving eCommerce results by designing and performing experiments that inform strategy decisions.
- Measure the impact of sales & marketing in collaboration with digital marketing drive more traffic to site.
- Provide high quality analysis to support the conversion rate optimisation and experimentation roadmap.
- Produce regular reporting to support senior leadership decisions.
What you'll bring:
- Proven track record to perform in-depth analysis, synthesize results, develop stories, build strategies and make recommendations to business and technical leaders
- Experience in Optimisation in Digital B2C
- Experience in using customer feedback to motivate change within an organisation
- Experience of working with Adobe analytics or ContentSquare or Optimizely
- A detective approach to find patterns and stories in the data
