Reporting into the Facilities & Procurement Manager, our new part‐time Receptionist & Administrator will work Fridays (only) and be based at our Notting Hill head office in Melbourne. You will act as the first point of contact for visitors and callers to Draeger, welcoming, directing and answering queries, whilst supporting with the business with facilities management and administration activities.
Responsibilities
* Welcome and greet all visitors to Draeger;
* Operate the company switchboard and handle incoming calls;
* Guide all callers and visitors to appropriate company personnel;
* Facilities management, access management, and room upkeep support;
* Administration support a wide variety of tasks including assisting managers;
* Efficiently and accurately collect and distribute mail both internally and externally;
* Act as back up for the Travel Coordinator as and where required;
* Apply a compliance focused mindset across all operations;
* Always ensure a safety‐first approach.
Qualifications
* Completed Year 12 or equivalent level of education;
* 3+ years' experience in a similar reception and administration role;
* Genuine passion for delivering excellent, consistent customer service;
* Professional presented for front‐of‐house, customer facing interactions;
* Ability to work autonomously, take initiative, and navigate challenging situations;
* Intermediate‐to‐advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office tools, e.g. Word, Excel & Outlook;
* Adaptability and readiness to handle multiple, changing priorities in a fast‐paced environment;
* Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn;
* Exemplary understanding of compliance rules and ability to act as a role model in upholding and promoting compliance standards;
* Excellent attention to detail and problem solving, interpersonal, communication, organisational, and task management skills.
