Responsibilities
* Lead established civil team, subdivisions, urban renewal, road upgrades, stormwater, earthworks, and infrastructure servicing
* Full branch authority: delivery, design, client strategy, resourcing, financials and profit management
* Lead a group that wants direction: set standards, shape culture
* Build a high‑performing Civil Division aligned to your approach
* Be the trusted advisor to key developers and government clients – you drive relationships, not just instructions
* Progression to Director formally mapped – this isn't a "maybe", it's the remit
