Financial Operations Specialist
A key role in maintaining the integrity of financial records, you will be responsible for auditing and balancing guest accounts, processing transactions, and completing Front Desk tasks to the highest standards.
Main Responsibilities
* Accounting and Auditing: Audit and balance guest accounts, preparing reports and checking high balances on a daily basis.
* Room Service Operations: Assist with Room Service operations, answer calls, prepare and deliver trays, and maintain service areas and equipment.
* Revenue Management: Ensure accurate recording of shift receipts, revenue journals, credit card settlements, and reports while maintaining hotel cleanliness and safety standards.
Requirements and Qualifications
* Presentation of self in uniform is expected.
* Excellent interpersonal skills with guests, colleagues, and third parties are essential.
* Problem-solving, organizational, and training abilities are required.
* Good communication and writing skills are necessary.
