This is a facilities maintenance role that involves performing various tasks in carpentry, plumbing, electrical, HVAC, painting, drywall repair, and flooring repairs.
Job Responsibilities
* To be successful in this position you will need to document and communicate changes and problems effectively.
* You will also need to complete assigned tasks and work orders with minimal supervision.
* Another key aspect of this role is coordinating with the office team and field operations managers regarding ongoing issues and work progress.
* The goal of this position is to execute programs and work orders successfully, focusing on cost, quality, timing, and customer satisfaction.
* In addition, you will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and organization of the work area.
* You will need to properly document and communicate work performed in the field.
* A flexible schedule is required for this position, including being available to work on weekends and holidays.
Required Skills and Qualifications
The ideal candidate will have experience in maintenance work and possess strong problem-solving skills. A proactive and skilled individual who is able to work independently is preferred.
A high school diploma or equivalent is required, and previous experience in the trade industry is an asset.
