About Us:

The Wondercap Company (Wondercap) is a niche Australian-owned company that manufacturers floor & shower waste plumbing products. Wondercap is trusted for its product quality, reliable supply, and personalised customer service.

The Role:

We’re seeking a capable and experienced Administration Officer to support our busy office. You’ll help manage day-to-day operations, keep systems and processes on track, and make sure the office runs effectively. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys variety, is proactive and can step in wherever needed.

Hours are: Monday - Friday 9:00am - 3:00pm.

Key Duties:

* Being the office all-rounder.

* Supporting the sales functions, including the processing of sales orders.

* Maintaining and organising filing systems, documents, and records.

* Providing professional, friendly service via phone and email.

* Accounting functions, including Xero data entry, purchase orders and sales processing.

* Assisting with finance and administrative workflows.

* Other duties may include keeping the office stocked with supplies, posting parcels, running occasional errands, and helping out wherever needed to keep the office running smoothly.

What We’re Looking For:

* Experience in administration — comfortable with general office duties.

* Proficient in Xero and Microsoft Office.

* Excellent communication and customer service skills.

* Strong organisational skills with attention to detail.

* Reliable, proactive, flexible and can work independently.

* Able to jump in and assist with a variety of tasks as needed.
