Your Responsibilities:

1. Support the Head Chef in managing all kitchen operations.
2. Aid in planning and overseeing food preparation and culinary activities in a dynamic setting.
3. Adapt and design menus that adhere to quality standards and reflect seasonal availability.
4. Calculate food and labor costs.
5. Lead and train kitchen staff, enhancing their skills and performance.
6. Coordinate the procurement and maintenance of kitchen equipment.
7. Uphold sanitation and safety standards to ensure a compliant kitchen environment.
8. Guide the kitchen team to consistently produce high-quality dishes.

What We're Looking For:

1. Demonstrated experience as a Sous Chef in a renowned restaurant.
2. Culinary school diploma or comparable practical experience.
3. Thorough knowledge of various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment, and procedures.
4. A strong track record in kitchen and staff management.
5. A grasp of the best practices in the industry.
6. Strong communication skills and the ability to lead a team effectively.
