Daily Responsibilities:
* Prepare and cook dishes across multiple stations with consistent excellence
* Maintain a clean and organized work area adhering to food safety and hygiene protocols
* Assist the Head Chef in menu planning and development
* Ensure efficient and timely service of all menu items
* Contribute to ongoing improvement of kitchen operations and procedures
Essential Skills and Qualifications:
* Proven experience as a Senior Cook or similar role in a fast-paced restaurant environment
* Superior knowledge of food preparation techniques plating and presentation
* Strong time management and organizational skills to work efficiently under pressure
* Passion for creating high-quality, creative dishes using fresh seasonal ingredients
* Excellent communication and teamwork skills to collaborate effectively with the kitchen brigade
* Food safety and hygiene certification
