Job Title: Mine Site Draftsperson
We are seeking an experienced Mine Site Draftsperson to join our site-based engineering team at a major coal mine in the Bowen Basin near Moranbah.
This role is critical in supporting ongoing upgrade works, maintenance, and project delivery for the Coal Handling & Preparation Plant (CHPP).
About You
* You will have proven drafting experience within the mining, CHPP, or heavy industrial environment
* Your proficiency in SolidWorks and/or AutoCAD is required
* A solid understanding of AS4100, AS1657, and general steelwork/plant layout requirements is essential
* You must be able to produce accurate and high-quality drawings in a timely manner with strong attention to detail
* Clean communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with engineers, supervisors, and trades are also required
* You will need to self-manage, prioritise, and deliver under minimal supervision
