As our Retail Manager, you’ll lead and inspire your team to drive sales, deliver exceptional customer service, and create a store experience that reflects the Priceline brand.
What You’ll Do:
* Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team to achieve sales targets
* Oversee daily store operations, ensuring compliance with industry standards
* Manage stock levels and inventory to maximise product availability and sales
* Execute promotions and visual merchandising to drive store performance
* Monitor and analyse sales results to identify growth opportunities
* Handle customer enquiries and resolve issues to maintain high satisfaction

What We’re Looking For:
* Retail leadership experience (Store Manager, Assistant Manager, or senior team leader) with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team
* Strong commercial awareness, including exposure to budgets, KPIs, rostering, and workforce planning
* Confident communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with the Managing Partner Pharmacist
* Solid operational capability across stock control, inventory management, and visual merchandising standards
* Highly organised with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
* A genuine passion for customer service and commitment to delivering a positive community pharmacy experience
