Duties & Responsibilities
- Set up, operate, and monitor production machinery under the guidance of the Manufacturing Engineer to ensure optimal performance.
- Adjust machine settings or processes as required to meet production targets and quality standards.
- Carry out routine tests (e.g., measurements, weight checks) and keep accurate records of results, material usage, and any deviations.
- Ensure all work complies with company quality standards, IMS policies, and relevant ISO/safety requirements.
- Report quality issues, defects, or non-conformities to the Manufacturing Engineer, Production Lead, or QA team.
- Monitor and manage tools, spare parts, and materials to support smooth operations and maintenance.
- Collaborate with technicians, engineers, and operators to maintain efficient production flow.
- Support site installations as required.
- Follow all safety and environmental policies, using PPE and adhering to safe work practices.
- Actively participate in continuous improvement initiatives to boost efficiency, reduce waste, and enhance safety.
- Comply with ISO 9001 (Quality), ISO 14001 (Environmental), and ISO 45001 (OHS) standards in daily work.
- Perform additional duties as assigned by the Manufacturing Engineer or Production Lead.

Preferred Experience
- Minimum 2 years’ experience as a Production Technician, Machine Operator, or in a similar manufacturing environment.
