Are you an experienced early learning professional who’s ready to take their career to the next level, honing leadership skills and helping to build a successful business?
As the Assistant Director, you will use your experience and leadership qualities to engage and motivate your centre team to drive continuous improvement in all aspects across centre operation. You will work in collaboration with your centre leadership team and establish respectful and reciprocal relationships with families and engage in networks within the centre’s local community.
In this role, you will:
* Support the Centre Director in the leadership of the team to provide high-quality early learning and care
* Mentor and build capabilities within the centre team
* Be responsible for the overall management of the centre in the Centre Director’s absence
* Use and implement the Goodstart Practice Guide
About Goodstart Warnbro:
Goodstart Early Learning Warnbro is located in the idyllic beachside community of Warnbro, just a 4-minute drive from Warnbro shopping centre and 2-minute drive from Warnbro train station making it a convenient location. We are a small 47 placed Centre which presents us with the unique opportunity to provide a home like environment for our children and families. We have a dedicated team of both Diploma and Certificate 3 qualified educators. We work alongside our families to learn about their nationality and culture to enhane children's learning anf understanding and provide these opportunities through play.
* Full time hours – 38 hours a week/Part time - 9 day fortnight
* Fortnightly rotating roster to support for life balance
