Franchise Development Manager – Support at Home Services

About Us: We are an established support at home program provider based in Adelaide, helping people live independently and safely in their own homes. As part of our strategic growth plan, we are expanding through franchising and seeking an experienced professional to drive this exciting initiative.
The Role: We are looking for a dynamic Franchise Development Manager to lead our franchise expansion across Australia. You will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and securing qualified franchisees who share our commitment to quality in-home support services.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement franchise sales strategies,
Identify and engage with potential franchisees,
Conduct presentations and negotiations with prospective franchise partners,
Manage the end-to-end franchise sales process,
Ensure potential franchisees meet our quality and compliance standards,
Work closely with head office to ensure smooth franchise onboarding,
Build and maintain a strong pipeline of franchise opportunities
About You
Proven experience in franchise sales or business development
Strong understanding of the franchise model and legal requirements
Excellent negotiation and relationship-building skills
Self-motivated with ability to work independently
Experience in home care, support services or healthcare sector (desirable)Outstanding communication and presentation skills
